Since beginning her career in customer service in 2011, Jackie has gained an extensive amount of knowledge in building up rapports with customers and ensuring all systems in an office run smoothly and efficiently.

Jackie joined Total Legal Solutions in 2016 to provide consistent clerical support to all members of the team, as well as overseeing the day to day running of the office. She is a highly approachable individual who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things. Jackie’s motto is “every problem has a solution” and to date, when faced with difficult challenges, she has never failed to find one. Being promoted to Office Manager was one of the best moved TLS has ever done; we'd be lost without her!

Outside of work Jackie enjoys reading, going on walks with her friends and spending time with her family.
